The following terms and conditions apply to private customers when purchasing products and ordering personal works.

Booking of personal works
You must contact me directly to book personal artworks.
Payment
Payment for personal works is via a payment link. The payment link will be sent directly to your email after confirmation of booking.
All prices on the website include VAT.
Delivery of wedding bouquet and personal flowers
Bouquet or flowers must be delivered to Indre Nørrebro or sent quickly by post. Once we have received the bouquet, it will take approximately 3 months for your work to be completed.
Delivery and collection of works
We recommend picking up personal artworks at our studio in Nørrebro, if you have the opportunity.
There is free shipping on personal works and special orders in Denmark. If you wish to have a work sent abroad, please contact us directly and we will assist you. The price for delivery abroad cannot be stated in advance.
Damaged shipments
You must inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and have it corrected.
Right of withdrawal
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or order number.
Return of the item and return costs
To initiate a return, please contact us at mille@framedflowers.dk and describe why you wish to return the given item.
You pay for the return yourself.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Personal artworks and special orders cannot be returned.
Cancellation of personal works
You can cancel your booking of personal artworks up to 30 days before the booked date. If you cancel, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee.
If your booking is made within 30 days of the desired date, you waive your right to cancel.
Complaint
The Danish Sales Act gives you a 2-year warranty on all goods purchased in Denmark, which covers defects and manufacturing errors that were present upon delivery. However, normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage is not a defect.
If you wish to complain about a defect, you must send an email to mille@framedflowers.dk within a reasonable time. We ask that you be as detailed as possible about what the problem is and submit pictures of the defect. We recommend that you complain to us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect.
Works at framedflowers created with real, pressed flowers will change color or expression over time, which is clearly stated when purchasing or ordering, therefore no complaints can be filed on this basis.
Refund of money upon cancellation
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.
